Schedule now

We look forward to working with you! We provide virtual, telemedicine-based functional medicine care to patients in Idaho, Oregon, and Utah. If you reside elsewhere, we offer 30-minute consultation services through an Ask Me Anything appointment option.

Before Your Appointment
Please complete all new patient or follow-up paperwork before your scheduled appointment time. This ensures we can dedicate your full session to addressing your health concerns. For lab review appointments, please confirm all results are finalized and available before scheduling.

Collaborative Care
We encourage you to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider for acute care needs, annual wellness visits, and imaging orders. Our functional medicine approach works best as part of your complete healthcare team.

Insurance & Billing
We're happy to provide a Superbill for potential insurance reimbursement. When possible, we'll utilize your insurance benefits for laboratory services.

New Patient Consultation

Your first appointment is 60 minutes where we listen to your full health story and create your personalized treatment plan.

Unlike a typical 15-minute appointment where you're rushed out the door, we take the time to understand what's actually going on with your body.

What happens in your initial consultation:

  1. We review your complete health history (not just your current symptoms)

  2. We listen to what you've already tried (and why it didn't work)

  3. We order comprehensive testing (thyroid panel, hormone levels, gut health, metabolism markers)

  4. We create your initial treatment plan (so you leave knowing the next steps)

You'll walk away with:

  • Clear answers about what testing you need

  • Understanding of what's likely causing your symptoms

  • A plan to start fixing the root cause

  • No more guessing or being dismissed

Follow-Up
Appointment

Your follow-up appointment is 45 minutes where we review your lab results and explain exactly what's wrong and how to fix it.

This is where you get answers. We walk through every test result, explain what it means in plain language, and create your personalized treatment plan.

What happens in your follow-up consultation:

  1. We review your complete lab results (thyroid, hormones, gut health, metabolism)

  2. We explain what's causing your symptoms (no medical jargon, just clear answers)

  3. We create your treatment protocol (supplements, medications, diet changes, lifestyle adjustments)

  4. We answer all your questions (nothing is off limits)

You'll walk away with:

  • Understanding of what's wrong with your thyroid, hormones, gut, or metabolism

  • Your complete treatment plan in writing

  • Prescriptions for medications or bioidentical hormones if needed

  • Supplement recommendations with exact dosages

  • Clear next steps and timeline for improvement

Specialty Lab
Kit Review

30-minute appointment to review specialty lab results and adjust your treatment plan.

If you've done additional testing (like advanced gut panels, food sensitivity tests, or specialty hormone labs), this appointment is where we review those results and fine-tune your protocol.

What happens in your specialty lab review:

  1. We review your specialty test results (gut microbiome, food sensitivities, organic acids, advanced hormone panels)

  2. We explain what the results mean (in plain language you can understand)

  3. We adjust your treatment plan (add or change supplements, medications, or protocols based on what we found)

  4. We answer your questions (about the results and next steps)

You'll walk away with:

  • Clear understanding of what your specialty labs showed

  • Updated treatment protocol based on new findings

  • Specific changes to make (diet, supplements, medications)

  • Timeline for retesting if needed
