Utah patients receive the same high-quality, attentive care through telehealth that they would in person.

Meet Elizabeth

You've Been Told Your Labs Are Normal. But You Don't Feel Normal.

You're exhausted despite sleeping eight hours. Your weight won't budge no matter what you try. You're foggy, frustrated, and starting to wonder if this is just how life feels now.

It's not. And it doesn't have to be.

At Definition of Health, we don't manage your symptoms. We find out why they're happening in the first place. Through comprehensive lab testing and a personalized functional medicine approach, we identify the root causes driving how you feel and build a plan that actually addresses them.

All from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Utah.

WHY FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

Most patients who come to us have already been through the system. They've had standard bloodwork, been told everything looks fine, and walked out with no answers and no relief.

Functional medicine works differently. We use comprehensive lab panels that go beyond standard reference ranges, looking at thyroid function, hormone levels, gut health markers, inflammatory pathways, and metabolic function in full detail.

Then we connect the dots.

Your symptoms are not random. They are signals. Our job is to read them accurately and respond with a care plan built around your biology, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
